Ceremony is life. Often times we leave a retreat feeling alive and strong but perhaps not fully ready to step into the lives we want. We offer integration sessions that will help you step into your own power and realize your own medicine because at the end of the day no amount of therapy, breathwork, plant medicine, or ritual practice can change you. Only you have that power. Thankfully YOU do have that power. Remember YOU are the medicine. Together we are the medicine.

Keep in mind, these session are not therapy as I am only a certified integration coach, not a psychologist.

Integration sessions take place either online or in person. We charge a sliding scale hourly rate.
