The black bear is one of the most sacred animals in North America. Some tribes revered them for their ability to heal, move between realms, and their embodiment of both masculine and feminine divine energies. Much like the ancestors who came before us did, out primal hunts are communal hunts where we spot and stalk black bear in the Eastern Sierra.

We also offer individual black bear hunts throughout the season. We can tailor the hunt to your needs. Either spot and stalk or ambush hunting is available. Both backcountry camping and in-town stays are available. Our season for individual hunts runs from August 30 - December 27th each year. For details on individual hunts set up a call.
